Care pathways for persons with dementia and neurodegenerative disorders - WP8

The main objective of this work package is to prepare and support evidence-based decisions for integrated post-diagnostic best practices.

The specific objectives of WP8 are:

• To improve current care pathways for persons with dementia and neurodegenerative disorders.
• To develop country-specific recommendations for service development and clinical pathways that improve the sustainability of integrated care models considering the challenges in resource allocation, affordability, accessibility, and equity in the good quality of care for persons with dementia and neurodegenerative disorders.
