Sustainability - WP4

The main objective of this work package is to ensure the continued impact, effectiveness, and long-term success of the project to reduce the burden of dementia and other neurological disorders in participating countries and beyond. This overarching objective aims to establish and implement comprehensive strategies that ensure the enduring success, continued relevance, and long-term impact of the project's initiatives.

The specific objectives of WP4 are:

• Supporting participating countries in creating an optimal environment conducive to sustainable implementation and ensuring the long-term effectiveness and impact of the pilot implementations through the facilitation of sustainability planning.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration within the consortium to leverage collective expertise and insights on sustainable practices.
• Promote the widespread dissemination of project-derived insights and expertise while actively involving key stakeholders at both national and European levels in shaping dementia-related policymaking.
