Methodology and evaluation - WP3

The main objective of this work package is to carry out the monitoring and evaluation of the activities committed in the project to ensure that the Action is being executed properly.

The specific objectives of WP3 are:

• To develop the evaluation plan and tools to evaluate if project processes are going according to plan.
• To evaluate through 2 surveys and an evaluation workshop whether the participants (WP leaders, stakeholders, MS representatives, etc.) are satisfied with the project’s processes.
• To assess the outcomes of the Joint Action by measuring and analysing output and outcome indicators.
• To monitor whether deliverables are produced on time and in accordance with the proposed objectives (Joint Action outputs).
• To monitor progress and evaluate the ability to implement the new findings of this JA in Member States (the feasibility factor, Joint Action outcomes).
