Management and coordination - WP1

The main objective of this work package is to ensure high-quality and efficient governance, management and coordination of the entire Joint Action.

The specific objectives of WP1 are:

• Efficient management of the whole JA, guaranteeing that the contractual obligations are accomplished.
• Administrative and financial management of the JA, including supporting partners with administrative and financial issues.
• Monitoring and supervising progress towards timely and satisfactory achievement of the JA objectives, including reporting, quality review, supervision and supporting partners to reach milestones and complete deliverables.
• Ensure systematic communication with HaDEA, DG SANTE and European Commission.
• Ensure that data are processed in compliance with the applicable data protection rules.
