Description: EHTEL is responsible of the exploitation of the COMFORTage project- a large EU funded initiative with 11 pilots which aims at supporting innovative predictive modelling related to dementia with the support of artificial intelligence. The COMFORTage multi-modal data integration virtual health platform is also meant to better support the identification of risk factors and initiate personalised pathways for the patients and the carers. Through the project partners, we have direct access to more than 150 organisations. The project is also connected to numerous wide networks such as the one of EHTEL, RSCN and Futurium.
