In order to offer you the best service and with the aim of facilitating use, the number of pages visited, the number of visits, as well as the activity of visitors and their frequency of use are analysed. The purpose of the data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities carried out by FICYT and which are accessible in the register of processing activities.

The processing of your data is carried out for the fulfilment of legal obligations by FICYT, for the fulfilment of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on FICYT, as well as when the purpose of the processing requires your consent, which must be given by means of a clear affirmative action.

Data retention

The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archives and documentation regulations.

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so, which may include communications to the Commissioner of the State, Judges and Courts or persons interested in the procedures related to complaints submitted.

Rights of persons concerned
