Shaping the Future of Healthy Ageing: Join the COMFORTage Workshop Series
COMFORTage is a 4 year long project funded through the European Union´s Horizon Europe Programme. It is aimed to foster personalised solutions for prevention of dementia and frailty. As part of the commitment to capacity building, COMFORTage is launching a series of online workshops that will help validate COMFORTage´s value proposition, refine its business models, and strengthen stakeholder engagement, ensuring the project´s solutions are aligned with real-world needs and have a lasting impact.
JADE Health, also supports individuals living with dementia by fostering early intervention, improving prevention, and management of dementia to reduce health inequalities and elevate societal awareness against stigma, and recently has welcomed COMFORTage project among its stakeholders.
COMFORTage is part of the network of stakeholders of JADE Health. See this piece of news: COMFORTage and JADE Health. Five JADE Health partners will participate in on of the series;workshops. The Ministry of Active Ageing of Malta (AACC) , the Public Health Centre of Ukrain (PHC) , the Croatian Institute of Health (CIPH), the National Institute of Public Health of Slovenia (NIJZ) and the Norwegian Directorate of Health (HDIR).
We invite all professionals, caregivers, and organizations to join these workshops and the JADE Health stakeholders network to create and form a collaborative network of experts in aging, dementia, frailty, and digital health.
Five exploitation COMFORTage workshops will be held to refine the project´s value proposition, with each session dedicated to a key stakeholder groups.

What to expect?
The aim of the workshop is to discuss the value proposition of the services developed by COMFORTage for policy makers in order to collect key requirements from policy makers and assess how the services proposed by COMFORTage meet (or don´t meet) them.
The workshop will focus on ageing diseases and in particular those who have been developing national/regional guideline and action plan on mapping:
- The right side of the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC)– capturing user needs, pains, and expected gains.
- The left side of the VPC– identifying COMFORTage´s products/services, pain relievers, and gain creators specifically defined for each category of stakeholder.
The topics will be discussed interactively during the workshops to encourage an open dialogue and co-creation so that participants could be actively engaged.
