JADE Health marks one year of collaboration and progress
JADE Health celebrates its first year of implementation, marking an important milestone in strengthening collaboration and advancing brain and mental health across Europe.
Over the past twelve months, the project has focused on building strong and effective foundations to ensure smooth coordination within its multidisciplinary and multinational consortium. From the kick-off meeting held in Extremadura (Spain) to the establishment of governance structures, coordination mechanisms and communication channels, this first year has been dedicated to creating a solid framework for cooperation and shared decision-making.
Continuous and clear communication, regular meetings and aligned working procedures have played a key role in keeping the consortium on track and ensuring that all partners move forward with common objectives. These efforts have enabled the project to efficiently address challenges, maintain coherence and remain responsive to developments within the broader European context.
As JADE Health enters its second year, the project transitions from preparation to implementation. The 44 pilot actions are now starting to be developed across participating countries, translating evidence-based approaches and strategic planning into concrete actions that will directly impact services and communities.
Through strengthened collaboration between health professionals, researchers and policy makers, JADE Health aims to contribute to more coordinated, integrated and people-centred brain and mental health services across Europe.
