The new member of our stakeholder network is the Spanish Society of Clinical Neuropsychology (SENe-CNC), a non-profit organisation, which was founded in 2008, with the aim to address growing organisational and associative needs more efficiently in the field of neuropsychology. 

SENe-CNC is a Spanish professional society dedicated to advancing the field of clinical neuropsychology, composed of neuropsychologists. Activities of SENe-CNC mainly have a national level focus, but CNC also has an international membership from all over the world.

Since its establishment the association has not stopped growing, and currently has over two hundred members who are united to make neuropsychology visible and are commited to reinforce the work having been carried out in this discipline in Spain. 

Members of SENe-CNC are currently participating in the expert working group to elaborate the regulatory document on the official neuropsychology standards and protocol in Spain. SENe-CNC also serves as a hub for professionals to collaborate, learn, and advocate for the discipline.

The consortium (Consorcio de Neuropsicología Clínica (CNC)) offers a wide range of services to support neuropsychologists in the field, as well as assists a broader community of professionals by offering:

• Professional Directory: Members can be listed in a national directory of neuropsychologists, increasing visibility and networking opportunities.

• Research Support: Opportunities to join or initiate research projects through the CNC’s research division.
•  Networking Platform: A shared space for professionals across Spain to exchange ideas, cases, and best practices.

• Discounts and Agreements: Reduced fees for CNC events and partnerships with universities and professional associations.

Clinical Services of SENe-CNC are offered via affiliated centers:

• Clinical Supervision: Individual and group supervision for professionals handling clinical cases.

• Speech and Language Therapy: Evaluation and treatment of language, speech, and communication disorders.
• Mental Health Services: Psychological support for emotional well-being.

Now that Jade health’s stakeholder network is empowered by the Spanish Society of Clinical Neuropsychology, we will be able to enhance implementation of new early detection treatment options and sharing effective public policies and policy development strategies, which are all important elements to provide quality dementia care, new ways of training or educational programmes for professionals.
