JADE Health was featured at the international scientific conference "Longevity Perspective until 2030: Evidence-Based Medicine Focused on Healthy Ageing"

8–14 June 2026 in Lithuania.

The Longevity Assembly 2026 aimed to become an international platform, bringing together Lithuanian as well as European and global experts, institutions, international organizations, academics, and social partners to jointly shape a sustainable vision for health, social well-being, and active ageing in Lithuania, in the EU and partner countries.

Running from 8–14 June across Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Druskininkai and Birštonas, Healthy Ageing and Longevity Assembly 2026 brought together researchers, physicians, policymakers, diplomats and public-health advocates for a week of conferences, public events and parliamentary discussion focused on extending healthy lifespan and embedding prevention more deeply into healthcare systems.

The Assembly encouraged dialogue and cooperation between science, policy, health care, social services, education, technology, and business, leading to practical recommendations and partnerships in Lithuania, the European Union, EU partner countries and beyond.

In the Framework of the Assembly 9th June 2026, the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) organised and hosted the international scientific conference "Longevity Perspective until 2030: Evidence-Based Medicine Focused on Healthy Ageing"

The event was realised in cooperation of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania (Seimas) the Lithuanian College of Family Physicians, the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences and the Longevity Baltic Alliance with the aim to establish true longevity medicine within academic and practical realms by clearly distinguishing evidence-based science from commercial trends.

With speakers from Lithuania, Latvia, Denmark, the USA, the UK, Germany, South Africa and Israel, the conference explored the future of healthcare in depth, covering topics like:

  • The biology of cellular ageing and the crucial role of the microbiot.
  • Artificial intelligence (AI) integration in diagnostic screening.
  • Hyper-personalised preventative medicine.

JADE Health at the Forefront of Preventative Care

JADE Health was presented by a roll-up among global innovations in the framework of a benchmark event.

The session: Science-based longevity: managing the risks of ageing to brain, cardiovascular and metabolic health was moderated by Prof. Dr Jurate Macijauskiene  Department of Geriatrics, Faculty of Nursing, LSMU Medical Academy, who also delivered a powerful presentation titled "Dementia Risk Factors: From Genetic to Social Determinants." and underscored how heavily our cognitive future relies on early, multi-layered risk identification.

Discussions focused on a vital paradigm shift in modern medicine: the undeniable power of prevention and early screening.

While conversations around longevity often stress somatic (physical) health, Jade Health’s Lithuanian team (prof. Dr. Jurate Macijauskiene, Dr. Silvija Valdone Alšauske, Dr. Birute Bartkeviciute) emphasized the importance of early screening and proactive brain health as well as underlined that  by identifying risks at an early stage, personalized strategies can be implemented to preserve memory, mental agility, and overall brain health long before cognitive decline manifests.

We thank the organisers and co-organiser Dr Silvija Valdone Alšauske for bringing this important academic focus to the Baltic region and inviting Jade Health at this prestigious conference!
